I am an avid mountain biker who said he would never get on an ebike. My wife and I were down here and I said, what the heck. Boy did we pick the right place. I had a flat tire on the Legacy Trail and found Big Bam bike shop and Ray and the staff could not have been more helpful.  They took care of my flat- explained the process and gave great advice on how to help avoid flats in the future.  I’m a just retired business owner and appreciate great customer service. Went to buy another brand of bike but ended up buying another brand. Great service and experience. Easy to talk with, knowledgeable on bikes where their competitors didn’t know squat. Had a great experience at Big Bam eBikes. We rented e-bikes for an afternoon to cruise around Venice. Nicely maintained equipment, friendly service with a thorough training session on how to operate the bike, and an overall good vibe. Close proximity to the Legacy Trail was an added bonus as there were many miles to ride without having to deal with street traffic. Definitely would recommend this shop for an e-bike rental.
