We had such a blast that when my husband and I were back down for our vacation we decided to purchase two bikes. Ray, Pam and Ken are the absolute best! Ray is the nicest guy you could ever meet and will show you everything there is to know about your bike. He and Pam run a wonderful store and Ken will do any repairs you may need in the future. When we found Big Bam Bikes, we knew we had come to the right place. Ray and Pamela took time to find out exactly what type of bikes we wanted. They asked about our riding habits, and showed us bikes that fit us perfectly. My husband is tall and the E Lux Tahoe GT was perfect for him and gave him the power he wanted. They recommended the E Lux Malibu mini for me as I am short and wanted to be able to get off and in the bike easily. We have has these bikes a few weeks now, and they are perfect for us. Big Bam eBikes What a gem this business is!!! I made a number of calls around town and decided to do business with this location. I’m very pleased that I made the right call! It all began with a conversation with their in shop repair person, Ken. Speaking with Ken made me feel that if by some chance we would need any repair work done after e-bikes were purchased, there wouldn’t be any issues because of the communication and knowledge he shared. After my wife and I decided what we were going to try and accomplish, I reached out to Big Bam eBikes and spoke with Pamela, one of the owners. I explained that we were not going to be able to pick up the bikes right away because of being out of town and it would be a week before doing so. Pamela was able to accommodate with holding the eBikes, which really helped us out! We could have ordered the bikes right from the company website, however for a number of reasons I didn’t want to go that route. To start off I personally like to support local businesses when we can. By ordering the eBikes from Big Bam eBikes we knew that when we went to pick up the bikes, they would be assembled and inspected for a safe ride. Pamela and her husband Ray (owners) were so polite and helpful and answered all our questions about the operation of the bikes and the chargers that came with the bikes, and then some! We ended up purchasing a couple of riding helmets which were suggested and very much appreciated!! Right down the street is Legacy Trail in which we were able to get on and ride and enjoy our new eBikes, so much fun!!
