Staff was very friendly and very informative as to how to operate. It was great having such a good trail available and we went over 20 miles and then stopped and had a great lunch. We did a two person ride then came back with friends on a rare Saturday they were open. Went south 30 feet to park in Legacy trail parking lot - under bridge spots all taken, front of building spots only 2 hrs, longer time with no tickets on weekends. Bikes in very good shape. Pre-ride training included individual's controls of the 4 models in use plus review of map to help plan routes. Friendly, competent and caring staff. Restroom access was used by most. We rode north a few miles on the Legacy trail then back to cross Circus Bridge with the Old Salty Dog restaurant & marina off the bridge to right. Dine out with clear marina view or in with a bit less of the view. Food was great, average pricing. Rode south under Circus bridge to stop and watch 3 small planes in the airport's pattern take turns at their touch and go required practice. Our 4.5 hour ride with a lunch break was enough, the aftermarket cushy bike seats helped some as did the bike's suspension. Returned with half a charge left first day and 20% the second. I could not be happier with the outstanding customer service that I received from Big Bam eBikes today. I am so happy with my new Lectric XP4. From the time I walked through the door, Pam walked me through the test-drive process and answered all of my questions - always keeping safety a top priority. I am so happy that I kept my business local and Pam made sure I knew that she appreciated my business. I could have purchased the bike online, but I wanted a connection locally to assist with any questions or issues that I may have. I feel like I have made new friends and look forward to stopping by the shop soon!! A true gem in the Venice Community!!
