We rented some e-bikes this past weekend to explore a park around Venice and we had a blast. We were given the best customer service along with the bikes being delivered and picked up for us. Loved our experience from the first message on.  Prompt responses. Quick delivery and pick up of equipment. And their hands on instructions helped make the bikes so easy to operate. We road for hours on a full charge and ended with more charge in the bike batteries than in our internal batteries!! We had an awesome experience with Big Bam!  We were in Venice for 5 days and were lucky enough to have the bikes for much of that time...it was one of our favorite things about our trip!! We rented e-bikes  on a recent trip and we had an amazing experience! The bikes were brand new and we were given a complete briefing on how to operate them.  We were given a detailed trail map and added their personal preferences! We were in the area for beach combing but now we want to come back to enjoy the trails! What a great experience with my son. Easy online rental the night before. Very friendly staff at check in and walked us thru proper fitting of the bikes. Great day for a bike ride and Big Bam Bikes made that possible! We had a group of six adults-rode to Sharky’s then went the other direction and rode about half the Legacy Trail. Bikes were brand new and easy to ride. Those new to e-bikes got some instruction and we were off! Will definitely come back!
