Had an amazing experience and such a fun day of riding e-bikes. Ashley was so kind and gave us a great explanation on how the bikes work. Loved the convenience of being able to park near the shop and jump right onto the trail! Highly recommend renting from them 🥰

My wife and I spent a week in Nokomis, FL., and we thought it would be a good idea to rent eBikes for our vacation. I called Ashlie at Big Bam Bikes and she could not have been more helpful. She walked me through the process and my options, and made making a reservation extremely easy. When we arrived at the house, Big Bam Bikes delivered the bikes to us. Phil set them for our individual heights and instructed us on how to use them and their various features. The bikes were brand new and worked perfectly, and trust me, we put a lot of miles on them. Each bike came with a helmet, a lock, and the charger. Phil stayed with us until we were comfortable with the bikes and even made a second trip to get my wife a better fitting helmet. On the last day of our vacation, Phil came by again and picked up the bikes. The whole process from start to finish was simple and the eBikes were the highlight of our trip. I can not say enough about Ashlie, Phil, and Big Bam Bikes of Venice. I highly recommend them.

Bought an Aventon e-bike. Sales and service were fantastic and they answered all our questions.

We rented some e-bikes this past weekend to explore a park around Venice and we had a blast. We were given the best customer service along with the bikes being delivered and picked up for us. In addition, they have upgraded bikes and these were super fun and easy to ride. I highly recommended renting from Big Bam!

Loved our experience from the first message on. Prompt responses. Quick delivery and pick up of equipment. And their hands on instructions helped make the bikes so easy to operate. We road for hours on a full charge and ended with more charge in the bike batteries than in our internal batteries!! We were exhausted,
IN A GREAT WAY!
there's so many places you can take these bikes!!!
Fun fun fun
Thank you Big Bam eBikes !!

We had an awesome experience with Big Bam! We were in Venice for 5 days and were lucky enough to have the bikes for much of that time...it was one of our favorite things about our trip!! The owners were fabulous, the service was incredible and the bikes were in top notch condition! Will most definitely rent from them again!

We rented e-bikes on a recent trip and we had an amazing experience! The bikes were brand new and we were given a complete briefing on how to operate them. We were given a detailed trail map and added their personal preferences! We were in the area for beach combing but now we want to come back to enjoy the trails! The service and professionalism from Big Bam’s is exceptional!
