Just purchased a new ebike yesterday and Ashley and Phil were great and accommodating.The shop is a little tricky to find, but look for the access road just below the Venice Ave bridge and you will find it. Close to the beautiful Legacy trail. Road my bike this morning and it was WONDERFUL. Smooth and responsive and the motor is truly silent. My neighbor in our senior community purchased her e-bike elsewhere. She had shifting problems and had Big Bam bikes try to repair it. They couldn’t but agreed to package it and ship it back to the manufacturer AND gave her a new replacement bike under warranty. This is exemplary service from both a merchant and a manufacturer. We had semi-experienced riders visiting and wanted to see the famed Legacy Trail. We rented 3 bikes and were delighted with the product and the service--the bikes were ready, the orientation was thorough, and the directions were flawless. Gave a trail map and suggested best routes. An electrical problem developed with one bike and they offered to come out with a replacement and removed the charge for the bike. I went in thinking the worst for my brakes, and could've easily have been told so. Instead I was educated and spoken fairly about the brake system on my E-bike... No doubt I will return!
