We want you to love your new e-bike! If you find it isn’t the right fit, we offer a limited return window for qualifying purchases.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
- Usage Limit: The e-bike must have no more than 15 miles on the odometer.
- Restocking Fee: A fee of 5% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns. This fee covers a comprehensive safety inspection, professional cleaning, and mechanical tune-up performed by our technicians to ensure the bike meets our “certified like-new” standards for the next owner.
