Electric Bikes Return Policy
All in-store purchases are final. One exception: we will accept a return on an ebike, if it is determined that it has a factory defect. A defective ebike is defined as one that has a major component not working properly at the time of purchase, and that cannot be fixed without significant effort of time and expense. If it is determined that the ebike is defective as stated above, a store credit and/or refund will be issued.
Warranty Policy
Big Bam Bikes honors all of our manufacturers warranties. Any warranty claim made within the manufacturer’s warranty time frame, will not incur labor or shipping charges if the issue is a defect in the ebike (as long as the manufacturer pays for labor, and within the warranty parameters). Some manufacturers do not cover labor expenses, so please read the manufacturer’s warranty carefully before you purchase an ebike from us.
