Some, not many, of our Bammers say they have. There seems to be a competition for space between electric bikers and what I call the serious cyclist speedsters in racing suits. We always remind our Bammers who buy or rent bikes from us to be courteous on the trail and not to exceed the 15 mph limit, just for this reason, to avoid conflicts with other cyclists and to make sure we have a good reputation among all types of cyclists, electric or not.
