Additional Technical Notes
The Soltera 3 ADV ships as a Class 1 ebike and is not throttle compatible. This bike is equipped with a Gates Belt Drive system that helps eliminate common chain issues such as chain stretch and regular wear. Belt drive systems typically last 2-3 times as long as traditional chains and cogs.
Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX6-rated standard. An IPX6 rating means the bike is protected against high-pressure water streams from any angle, giving it strong water resistance for riding in heavy rain, puddles, and muddy conditions. However, IPX6 does not mean waterproof. Aventon ebikes are not designed for full submersion, and pressure washers or sprayers should not be used to clean the bike because pressurized water can still damage components.
Max range is determined using PAS Eco on flat terrain with a 160 lb rider.
